Vibe609 Radio & Media may use approved social media tools, including TikTok developer tools, to manage and publish content to official Vibe609-owned social media accounts.

Our social media publishing tools are used only for Vibe609 Radio & Media’s own original or authorized content, including radio clips, podcast highlights, interviews, promotional videos, community coverage, and media productions.

When using TikTok Login Kit or related authorization tools, we may access basic account information such as open ID, display name, and avatar only to confirm that the correct official Vibe609 account is connected.

When using TikTok Content Posting API or similar tools, video content may be uploaded as drafts for final review before posting. Vibe609 Radio & Media does not use these tools to post unauthorized content, spam, scrape data, or publish to accounts we do not own or control.

Vibe609 Radio & Media may offer paid advertising, sponsorships, commercial production, social media promotion, website placements, podcast placements, radio spots, event coverage, and other promotional services.

All advertising orders are subject to approval. We reserve the right to refuse, reject, edit, or remove advertising that we believe is inappropriate, misleading, illegal, offensive, or inconsistent with our brand or community standards.

Payment for advertising or production services does not guarantee specific results, sales, views, followers, leads, or audience engagement unless clearly stated in a written agreement.

Payments for services may be collected through PayPal, invoices, online checkout, or other approved payment methods.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments for completed media services, production work, advertising placements, digital products, or custom creative work are non-refundable.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Vibe609 Radio & Media reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the work completed, production time, ad scheduling, service delivery, and any written agreement between the parties.
